Questions and Answers:

What happens now that I have applied?

If you applied, you need to create a user ID and password to make changes to your application. We have no way of knowing what your user ID or password is, so if you forgot it, you will need to click the link Forgot your password? located on this page. If you never created a user ID and password, click the link Create an Account and following the onscreen instructions.

If the Forgot your password link asks you to “type the code from the image” but you do not see an image, right-click on the grey block and click open image in a new tab to see the code, or download the image to see the code. This is a known issue that occurs on some browsers.

How to update your existing application?

You will need to use the user id and password you created to go in and make changes.  Please make sure you keep your address updated because this is where we will send you mail. The link to update your application is the same as shown above.

When will I be notified of housing assistance?

We are unable to predict exactly when you will receive and offer of rental assistance.  Unfortunately, there is no emergency assistance.
